Big Cliffs, Blue Water, and Chill Perfection

#summervacay Playa de Cala del Moraig is one of those beaches that straight-up wows you the second you lay eyes on it. Nestled between dramatic cliffs in Benitatxell, this little slice of coast is pure Mediterranean magic. We’re talking bright blue water, rugged rocks, and that perfect “away from it all” vibe, even if you're not actually that far from civilization. The beach itself is a mix of pebbles and coarse sand, so maybe leave the flip-flops at home and go for real shoes. But the water? Unreal. Clear, deep, and ideal for swimming or snorkeling. There's even a sea cave nearby, the Cova dels Arcs, that’s super fun to explore if you're feeling adventurous. It’s not huge, so it can get a bit busy in peak season, but it somehow still feels peaceful. There’s parking up top and a steep walk down (and up again, sorry legs), but 100% worth it. Cala del Moraig hits all the marks: dramatic, beautiful, and seriously relaxing. Total coastal goals.
