Seaside spring, long history

The Qingquan Ocean Ranch on Binhai Middle Road is located between the Yellow Sea Amusement Park and Yantai University Beach, making it a great place for a stroll along the beach. In winter, fish are hung out to dry. There is an ancient spring well by the sea, and a stone records that this was a military camp for resisting Japanese pirates during the Hongwu period of the Ming Dynasty (around the same time as Qishan Fort).
