The first healthy barbecue restaurant in Hengqin

Water barbecue is a fusion of hot pot and barbecue, its biggest feature is healthy, smokeless, delicious. We saw this restaurant at Innovation and went in to try it, 4 people ordered a ¥358 (two-person group ¥278) step by step package. Contains beef, pork, squid intestines, crab sticks, shrimp cake, mustard octopus, beef tongue salad, and eel rice. The way to eat water barbecue is to dip the meat into the broth around the stove and drag it onto a grill. The meat of the grilled meat is not so dry, and the seasoning dipping - sesame cumin powder is quite special. I don’t think the barbecue at this water grill tastes great, but the salad and eel rice taste better than expected.
