[Tokyo/Yoyogi🇯🇵] A bakery you'll want to visit every day🥐 365 days a year
A bakery in a great location, just a 2-minute walk from Yoyogi-Hachiman Station and Yoyogi Park Station.
I had been interested in this bakery, but hadn't been able to go there yet, because there was a huge queue when I passed by it before. I finally went there.
I had always interpreted the name "365 Days" as meaning that they wanted to make it a bakery that people would want to visit every day, but when I looked it up before going, I found out that it also means that the staff work 365 days a year.
The owner had asked his staff, "Would you rather eat bread made by a craftsman who keeps his work separate from his work, or a craftsman who thinks about his work 365 days a year?" I was even more interested in the bread made by someone who is very professional and lives for his work, knowing that it is made by someone who lives the opposite way to me, so I came to the store.
Even though it was close to closing time, the store was packed with bread.
I was surprised that they kept refilling the showcases so that they wouldn't run out, even though some bakeries have empty showcases in the evening.
I bought the familiar croquant chocolate, and also the flan, since the owner went to France to study there.
To be honest, the croquant chocolate didn't taste as good as its appearance...
The flan tasted exactly like the one I had in France.
It's not sold very often, so I'm grateful that I can buy it easily in Japan 🥹♡
