I love the food, atmosphere, and staff at this restaurant, and this was my second visit✨
I heard that they have started a one-month limited Sakura dinner🐘
A carefully crafted course filled with Sakura from start to finish🌸
It was so delicious and beautiful that I was moved from start to finish🥲
🥗Appetizer - Sakura snapper tartare ~
The bottom layer is a tomato base with Italian basil flavor
The second layer is avocado, and the top layer is sea bream with cherry blossom powder and herbs

The dressing is a pink grapefruit dressing with vinegar and honey! The perfect balance of acidity and rich honey flavor was irresistible✨

Sakuramasu is a type of salmon that is caught in the spring
A dish where you can enjoy seasonal fish, green beans, tarana buds, green peas, and spring mountain vegetables called yuki urui🌱
The sauce is a beetroot sauce based on white wine and butter
It looks spring-like and cute, and it's absolutely delicious🏅
The balance of sweet salmon and sauce, and the adult taste of broad beans💯
🍞 Baguette ~ Pain de Campagne

They serve it freshly baked, so it's warm and chewy
It's quite large, but it's so delicious that you'll want a second serving🙈

The salad buffet for lunch was also great, but the deliciousness was so good that I couldn't stop being impressed until dinner🌈
