We enjoyed the tasting menu and it was delicious. We had a gorgeous view of the opera house, an experience only made better by the food and staff. Service was on-point, the sommelier came by to recommend wines based on our preferences, and the food was as beautiful as it was delicious. The duck dish was the only one that was slightly off balance and you couldn’t tell you were eating confit duck leg as the jam was overpowering. The plate cleanser was the best I have ever tasted in my life which surprised me. The staff were welcoming, helpful and accommodating. This is again to praise my fiancé for booking a place I do not know how many months in advance, so I can sit in the window seat, looking at the Sydney Opera House to dine ❤️ Fine dining to say portion is large, is to eat full ~ but personally feel that some food is salty, but must eat steak 🥩 ❤️, rich beef flavor, doneness and appropriate, then with red wine 🍷, recommended ~ Address: 1 Macquarie Street Sydney, Australia And dessert is a must 🥰 not too sweet or greasy ~ Finally, there is a small dessert like a raspberry, sour and sweet very addictive, for this dinner to draw a complete end ~
