If staying at the Artotel in Sanur, or even if you just happen to be nearby, you should definitely check out their signature restaurant, Roca. It is a super cool restuarant, with both indoor and outdoor seating (the patio is beautiful!) and fantastic service. During my visit, staff were super friendly and courteous and the food was absolutely delicious! They serve local, Asia and international food in their beautifully designed dining area, and I absolutely loved chilling here on a slow afternoon with a cold beer. What I ate: Beef Rendang: beef cheek braised in coconut and sumatran spices Sate Ayam Saos Kacang: iconic chicken skewers tossed in a roasted peanut sauce Pandan and Coconut Creme Brûlée served with tropical frtui and coconut candy #createwithtrip

Hotels along the beach are quite expensive...😥 This hotel is only a 2-3 minute walk from the beach👣 A relatively new and clean hotel. Massimo, which serves delicious gelato and Italian food, is just a short walk away. ◎Exchange, spa, convenience store, and restaurants are all within a 2-3 minute walk. ◎Good WiFi connection ◎Late check-out is free until 1pm ◎Good shower pressure, plenty of hot water ◎Breakfast is a buffet ◎Dolce Gusto available in the room ◎Rooftop pool (be careful not to get too sunburned⚠️) There is a hair dryer, and amenities are replenished every day, but it is safer to bring your own if you are used to using them. The refrigerator in the room is like a cooler, so it is a bit difficult to store living things like cut fruit🤨 I have stayed here several times and there are some parts that are aging, but it is well maintained. If something breaks or there is a problem, the staff will respond immediately! I stayed in a 30m² room, but some rooms don't have a balcony, so it's better to request one when booking.
