This is the fourth time I have been to Gujiayu. I always turned left to the meadow before, but this time we plan to go to the North Gate of Baodu Village. There are quite a few people climbing Gujiayu. When we arrived at 10 o'clock today, there were more than a dozen cars parked in the village. Most of them went to the meadow, and there were about a dozen people climbing the North Gate like us. The whole journey is less than 4 kilometers, very easy to climb. It took a total of 2 hours. Trailhead: Gujiayu Village Black Fence Road conditions and feelings: 1. The first half is a relatively gentle dirt road, and the second half is a loose step that has been stepped on. People who are afraid of heights may feel uncomfortable because one side of the road in the second half is a cliff. 2. The vegetation in the second half is much better than that in the meadow. It is estimated that the mountain will be full of flowers in spring. 3. When you arrive at the North Gate, you can buy a ticket to enter Baodu Village. At that time, no ticket seller was seen. 4. We cut across a section of the mountain when we went down the mountain, because we saw some pine trees on the ridge that were quite tender and wanted to see them. 5. The route is very obvious, don't worry about going wrong, just return to the North Gate. 6. The more people there are, the more garbage there is. Bring a garbage bag and take away the garbage with you. There is a garbage can in Gujiayu Village.

During the climb at Baodu Fortress, there was a moment when I saw the shadow of Mount Tai. This section of the trail is so similar to the Eighteen Bends of Mount Tai. Baodu Fortress can be considered a mini Mount Tai, but this path is even more beautiful than Mount Tai because the scenic area has covered the houses with green leaves. This man-made landscape is quite eye-catching. With such beautiful scenery as a backdrop, how could climbing be tiring?🧐 The last few sections of the Baodu Fortress climbing stairs are very steep, and I already had a hard time at the first relatively gentle one. Knee pain, fear of heights, and fatigue forced me to stop and rest. There were others like me resting on the side of the road. Sometimes I would sit under the green curtain and look at the mountains opposite, truly understanding the saying 'a watched pot never boils.' You really can't rush climbing a mountain. Seeing that there are many more sections ahead after climbing one, I slowed down my pace and decided to fully capture the beautiful scenery in front of me, taking photos of this magnificent landscape. I would also look back at the path I had come from to see how far I had walked...

After walking around the Great Wall, I also found a popular check-in spot. I thought that since it was called Baoduzhai, I must hug and check in at the last moment of my visit to the Great Wall. But there was nothing to hug around, so I had to reach my hands into the city wall. It took me a lot of searching to find someone to take photos for me. Otherwise, I wouldn’t be able to check in here and would have been left with regret! I took two photos at the check-in point of the Great Wall, and people passing by recommended that I go down to see the Thousand Buddha Caves, saying that it was very spectacular, so I went down. I didn’t take any photos inside the Thousand Buddha Caves, but I took two photos outside. The road to and from the Wanfo Caves is very steep, so everyone must pay attention to safety, walk steadily, go up and down slowly, avoid crowding, give way to others, and don't be in a hurry. I wish everyone a wonderful travel time. After coming up from the Ten Thousand Buddha Caves, we walked through the second half of the Great Wall and came to the most unique and eye-catching home of the Cowherd and the Weaver Girl. This was beyond my expectations as I had no idea there was such a place beforehand. When I stepped into the house of the Cowherd and the Weaver Girl, I was attracted by the heart-shaped flower wall in front of me. There was a sign of the Cowherd and the Weaver Girl's home on it. There were red flowers in the middle of the heart shape, pink flowers around it, and some green flowers on the outside. After you come in, there are very beautiful flowers on the walls, and you can also take a look outside the houses around. There is also a cow and a bullock cart on the right. I wonder if this cow represents the cowherd🐮

The deserted Baodu Fortress is very suitable for one to contemplate alone. Looking at the stone railing in the scenic area, the words 'One less piece of trash, one more piece of pure land; one less pollution, a more beautiful scenic area' deeply moved me. Everyone should consciously abide by the rules of the scenic area and take care of the natural environment. We shouldn't wait until nature is polluted and destroyed to regret it, as by then it will be too late. The rock I leaned on also had 'Be careful, no climbing' written on it, so I just leaned there for a while. Then I saw a red ribbon tied around a tree, I wonder whose wish or name is written on it 🧐 Certainly not mine 😁 Passing through those dangerous staircases, I felt like I was about to reach the summit. I kept stopping to check in along the way, otherwise, I could have climbed faster. I was so focused on looking towards the summit that I didn't notice the words carved on the stone behind me. It read 'West mountain vein goes, north ridge dragon comes'. Is this some kind of idiom? It feels awkward; anyway, I don't understand it 🧐 Further up, I saw many red wishing ribbons hanging on the railings, and there was also a check-in sign that read 'Only by seeing the scenery together can we reach the innermost heart, and the most beautiful thing is not the sunrise but our journey.' I clung to the rocks of Baoduzhai, feeling the beauty of Baoduzhai and leaving behind beautiful memories. This also reflects my love for every part of nature, not just the mountain tops. The road ahead is long, and as I continued exploring, I found a sign for the entrance to the slide. I checked in here and found that there is a slide in Baoduzhai that I can ride on. This is the nth photo... Under this curtain, there is also an old lady selling instant noodles. I saw her fiddle with these instant noodles and move them around. I don’t know what she is doing. Continuing walking forward, I saw many red things for praying, so densely packed together. I stood here, looking at the mountains and rivers in the distance and made a wish for myself🙇

After leaving the house of the Cowherd and the Weaver Girl, I came to a small riverside. There was a horn with the words “Cry” written on it. . I knew you would come, so I waited for you. Then I walked to the love path of the Cowherd and the Weaver Girl. I’ll simply check in here. . The next road covered with purple petals really amazed me. Walk up the stairs and you will reach the Han Xin Temple. You can learn about the history of the humiliation of being kicked in the crotch. . After Han Xin Temple is the Great Wall of Baoduzhai. This endless Great Wall is really tiring to walk on. . I walked around here for a long time, looking at the vast mountains and rivers. The Great Wall might be a good viewing point.
