KFC, indomart, all the restaurants and minimarts also Eska spa just downstairs. Nagoya mall is 5 mins via grab which cost only $1.90 😍 Our favourite hotel to come for short getaway with our toddler, the hotel staffs recognised us whenever we come to stay as we are regulars 😁 Room is perfect and clean, we always book the one with balcony facing the pool as we have a toddler so she can go in and out to the balcony to maximise her energy and curiosity! Room service is great but singapore price! Shower is amazing as they have rain shower and strong water pressure. Spa is amazing and good pricing similar to Eska downstairs. Breakfast is always amazing with lots of varieties from local cuisine to western to japanese. Downside - hotel is near mosque so you can hear the call to prayer and quran recital in the morning and evening. Also if you stay on weekends there will be a weekend market next to the hotel in an open space parking lot. It can be quite noisy especially if your room is facing the city view which is the parking space view. Otherwise all is great!#2024

We decided to stay at Marriot Harbour Bay due to its provimity to Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. it was accessible as it was literally connected to the Ferry terminal via the 1st and 2nd Floor. reception was friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a luxurious hotel to stay at for your next trip to Batam, I highly recommend Marriott Harbour Bay hotel! Not only is it a newly built hotel with a very modern aesthetic, it also boasts an amazing rooftop bar in the property itself. We fell in love with the sweeping city views, especially how the building lights twinkle in the night. Guests staying here can access priority reservations at this popular Altitude Bar (just need to call the concierge) so we definitely capitalized on that. One major plus point is that this hotel is located right next to the ferry terminal so it is probably the most accessible accommodation you can get. Will certainly be back again! #hotelstaycation

The location is perfect - conveniently close to shopping centres and restaurants, and just 15 minutes drive to Grand Mall. What makes it even better is that the hotel is directly connected to the ferry terminal and a shopping centre, making travel and leisure incredibly convenient. The facilities are top-notch, and the rooms are always clean and well maintained. A special shout out Ms Indri at the front desk for being so cheerful, friendly, and helpful -she really made check-in a breeze. I also want to commend the housekeeping team especially Sihol and Tautik,for their passion and dedication. Breakfast at Goji kitchen & Bar is another highlight. Getting There - Harbour Bay terminal, just beside the hotel Just a lift away. Attractions - The swimming pool with the pool bar. Another bar at the Roof top bar called Altitude was amazing,you will be amazed, surprised that you’re in BKK. As usual there are gym, spa like the most hotels but this one has a shopping Center below and a 24/7 convenience store with plenty of food options. Hotels - I would rate a 3star for the price as there are rooms for improvement for the toilet seat, drainage and the shower head wasn’t working, hence we used the normal shower head instead. They provides Baygon in the room as there are 2 babies cockroaches. (Last pic) Requested for extra Baygon, the service was fast to get the Baygon to our room. And the swimming pool open till 8pm, gym 10pm, bars 12midnight. After that we sleep. Food & Restaurants - they have very classy restaurants in the hotel but there are more choices of restaurants outside of the hotel. Shopping - Just a lift away Definitely need to try this out if you’re a lazy person like me. Don’t book through 3rd party app. Go to their website to have 60 or 90 minutes spa treat. Recommended if you don’t want to get jammed to Malaysia or flying to BKK. Just remember not Batam Centre ferry Terminal. It’s Harbour Bay ferry Terminal. You will love it.

My friends treated me to a birthday bash at the one & only 5* hotel in Batam! It is a very new hotel which is located at the Habourfront batam ferry terminal, just a 5-min walk. Upon check-in, the hotel receptionist upgraded both our rooms without additional charges. The hotel is also within walking distance to the famous Wey Wey Seafood, which is considered very affordable for Singaporeans. The hotel arranged for free transport to send us to Wey Wey Seafood, and after supper, we took a short stroll back to the hotel. The morning buffet breakfast spread was of good variety and there were several made-to-cook stations for fresher options. This is definitely a good choice of hotel if you are willing to ‘splurge’ a little, as it does come with a higher pricetag as compared to other Batam hotels. A night’s stay is more than S$300+ but if you ask me, I feel it’s well worth it as a staycation at a 5* hotel in Singapore is far much pricier.

nother Marriott another M Club checked off my list! ❤️ Finally gotten around to taking the family to this property since talking about it pre-COVID. 🙈 With 2 rooms out of 3 upgraded to Suites using my SNA, we were ready to have a good time! And we did! 🍀 The property offers the only 5-star experience in Batam and I wouldn’t have it any other way. 🔥 My Club King room was modern, clean, and more than enough space for 1pax with the daybed offering sweeping view of the waters 🌁 The highlight of the trip was M Club - the spectacular space on level 11 of the property was equipped with some of the warmest staff we’ve met, and the evening cocktail offerings were a delightful indulgence after a day out in the city 👻 What a fantastic use for my SNA!

The location was perfect, situated in the harbour bay terminal- one of the Batam Indonesia port, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions, spa for relaxation and enjoy the vibrant nightlife. Location is secured and safe. The staff's knowledge and willingness to assist with any inquiries or recommendations were commendable. Staff made special arrangement decoration of our room for our birthday celebrant, and even had a group of staff suprisingly sing happy birthday with a pompoms cheer squad during our breafast dining. Overall, our experience at Batam Marriott Hotel Harbour Bay was nothing short of exceptional. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking an unforgettable stay.

Located at the top floor of Marriott Hotel Harbour Bay in Batam, this gorgeous instagrammable rooftop bar is the perfect place to enjoy the sunset and night view of the city while sipping on drinks or munching on snacks. Seating here is mostly al fresco under the sky and if you want the cool below-ground seating pods, do request for them when making an advance reservation! You can order drinks and bar bites like truffle fries and chicken wings, all for a reasonable price. Very lovely ambience but also depends on the weather. In such cases, there is still a lobby bar near the reception area to adjourn to if needed. Try it out if you’re on a weekend trip in Batam!
