Ordered a lunch of the day ($350) and a pasta with foie gras and tomato meat sauce ($250).
While waiting, have some appetizer bread 🥐, which is soft and delicious.
The borscht for lunch was rich in ingredients and vegetables, and was hot and stomach-warming.
The main course is pan-fried salmon, which is a huge portion and garnished with vegetables. The presentation is beautiful and the color combination is great. The salmon fillet is fried until fragrant, full of freshness and sweetness, and the meat is tender and smooth. 😋
The tomato 🍅 foie gras meat sauce pasta was extremely hot, even the plate was hot, keeping the food hot and fresh. The tomato sauce is sweet and sour, refreshing and appetizing. The foie gras should be whole, cut into four pieces, and chewy when eaten. The pasta is generous in portion and cooked to the right softness and chewiness.
Finally, I ordered a dessert of chocolate 🍫 with vanilla ice cream 🍦 ($128). The black and white tones were quite stylish. The freshly baked heart is so soft and warm. When you cut it open, the chocolate sauce inside slowly flows out, which is extremely charming. The vanilla ice cream is smooth and tasty.
Service: The waiters are efficient and friendly.
Environment: Convenient location, in the atrium of the shopping mall, feels open. We were given a booth, the environment was spacious, comfortable and quiet.
