Accessible only through trekking, it’s not the easiest place to reach, but once you arrive, you’ll be greeted by hidden emerald beaches and breathtaking sapphire-colored landscapes. Highly recommended! Additionally, as it’s near the last stretch of the Alps, there are many scenic viewpoints perfect for a drive 🔭. 📍Calanque de Port Pin A hidden emerald beach where you can swim. 📍Belvédère de Port Miou A spot with sapphire-like waters. The view of yachts docked here is stunning, and you can even watch people diving! 📍Rte des Crêtes Driving along this route offers access to numerous scenic viewpoints. However, the road is quite dangerous, so it’s not recommended for beginner drivers.

Marseille Marseille in July is really beautiful and hot. It was nice because it was the Olympics and it felt really good to see the Mediterranean Sea The first place I visited upon arrival was the Vieux-Port. The many yachts anchored in the port and the lively restaurants surrounding it were really attractive. The day started off with eating fresh seafood by the sea was perfect. The next place I went to was the Notre-Dame de la Garde. It is on a hill so the climb up is quite steep, but the view of Marseille from the top was breathtaking. The blue sky and the sea are still vivid in my mind. The boat tour in the Calanques National Park was particularly impressive. The moment of sailing between the rocky cliffs and the emerald sea will be an unforgettable memory. If you like water sports, I highly recommend snorkeling! I couldn't miss the food in Marseille either, especially the fish stew called **Bouillabaisse**, which was really delicious. If you love seafood, this is a must-try menu. Overall, Marseille was a lively yet romantic city. If you want to feel the leisurely Mediterranean atmosphere, you should definitely visit Marseille in July!

If I get a chance, I want to visit again in the summer :) It's a crazy and fantastic European Instagram hotspot that rewards 100 times the effort, even though it's a long walk It's convenient to go by public transportation. I recommend visiting if you have time!

#timetotravel To get to Parc national des Calanques, there are 2 ways, 1) by public transport + hiking or 2) by car. My friends and I weren’t really feeling the French sun so we called an uber from Gare de Marseille-Saint-Charles directly to Parc national des Calanques, we did zero hiking. I don’t recall the uber being super expensive because we split 4-ways, so definitely consider this option as it saves you time and energy. Parc national des Calanques is indeed paradise on earth, I have never witnessed something so pretty 😍 I’m so lucky my friends and I have decided to come to this place!!! Similar with other beaches, the water is quite chilly so my strategy was to tan 30 minutes on the beach and then get into the water. My friend is obsessed with water sports. She was talking to this really friendly couple and they agreed to let us use their paddle board. It was my first time paddle boarding and we had so much fun!!! #境外遊 #france #marseille
