GOOD - huge space with well equipped kitchen, walk in wardrobe, small living room and a huge bathroom w bathtub - quite room and clean - restaurant located downstairs with breakfast - shopping mall at a walking distance - gym overlooking the swimming pool - swimming pool with jacuzzi BAD - no room service at 2am, I need to order grab food and collect at level 1. I love Capri for the price and the room I get. no other hotels in Singpore offer such a wonderful and amazing room ❤️ The swimming pool is great for lap swim as well as relaxing walk in the pool. There is also a jacuzzi area where I can have a aqua massage after a swim or after a gym session.

This was served at the hotel’s only restaurant, Caprilicious, located right next to the guest lifts. I was a little disappointed that the breakfast wasn’t a buffet service but instead, was a set menu offering. Granted, you can order multiple sets if you wished to but that meant the variety wasn’t awesome. As for the taste of the food, it was surprisingly not too bad. Service was warm too so I guess that made up for the lack of variety. The rooms are quite spacious but one thing that was a major turn-off though was the red ants that were climbing along the glass panels. There was also the issue of drain flies in the bathroom. If you can deal with these things, then this is a highly accessible hotel. Service is pretty good too. Caprilicious is Capri Changi Hotel's all day restaurant. Was there to try their buffet breakfast which came with the stay. Due to the relaxed measures, you can just walk in for breakfast anytime during the hours as long as your stay comes with it. Beverages and fruits are self service as well. However, the mains are still served by the staff themselves. The menu is displayed at the counter and you are allowed to order as many mains as you wish. Mains are simple, consisting of a breakfast basket of pastries, 1 western and 3 asian mains to choose from. Western is the usual eggs set, while asian consists of macaroni soup, porridge and roti prata with curry and samosa. While the food is simple, it is also quite comforting. Nevertheless, you will not miss much by skipping breakfast, as there are cafes and a mall nearby to get your breakfast fix. #staycation

The swimming pool at Capri Changi is located on the second floor. The highlight is the jacuzzi with powerful jets and it is designed such that you can sit or lie on the jets for a nice massage. As the weather was warm on that day, the water was also nice to relax in. Apart from the usual pool loungers, there is also the rocking type, so be careful when you get on them. It was pleasant to relax in the jacuzzi and have a swim, as there were not too many people when I was there despite the long weekends. Bathing facilities are also available, well equipped with towels, hairdryers, lockers and even steam and sauna rooms for a smoking hot time. #infinitypool

Capri Changi is conveniently located near Changi City Point mall, with Expo being the nearest train station. The Studio Premier Room is one of the bigger rooms provided with a bathtub and a walkway leading to the washroom. The room was clean and spacious. Despite adjusting the television outwards, there was sufficient space to move around. The kitchen was also well equipped and simple meals can be cooked here. Despite being the long Labour Day weekends, there was no queue at check in which is great considering that many other places were extremely crowded. Registration at reception was fast. However, possibly due to the lack of manpower, we waited a few hours for the room and only got it at 4 plus. The reception was kind to give us a later check out at 2pm. While waiting for the room, you can deposit your bags at the concierge and go off for lunch and shop for sports apparel at discounted prices at Changi City Point mall, or drop by the cafes to chill. Overall a great stay as it was not too crowded and really feels like a getaway from the bustle of life due to its location. While check in can be improved, the friendly staff made up for it. #staycation

The comfortable pool at Capri by Fraser, Changi City offers a front seat view to airplanes flying into and out of Changi Airport. I was pleasantly surprised by the swimming pool during my stay. Initially I planned to spend some time shopping in the Changi City Point during my staycation but I ended soaking in the pool in both days! it was just so relaxing and the weather was too inviting. One set of spa facilities are for guys and the other for girls so the genders don’t mix. There are also showers facilities, lockers and spaces for freshening up. Located on the second level of Capri by Fraser Changi City Hotel, this huge swimming pool has many elements that cater to different needs! There is a kids pool section with a shallower depth, a regular lap pool for those looking to burn some calories, and even a jacuzzi section for those who simply want to lie back and relax. Previously, they had a aqua treadmill inside the pool itself so guests could run in the water. However, since covid began, it seems like they have removed the treadmill completely as we didn’t see it during our staycation here. While my husband and I were checking in, we were greeted by a bunch of wired human sculptures climbing the wall. In the restaurant and bar, there are two pieces of colourful wall art that span across a metre and a half. All these works of art really add a touch of fun and a pop of colour to liven up the ambience! Be sure to take a walk around the hotel spaces to admire and enjoy these eclectic art pieces. Capri is an efficiently run serviced apart-hotel. Check in and out is swift. Service is effective and prompt but friendliness and warmth in interaction may be optional - especially their front desk team. But to the support teams credit (housekeeping, facilities), there were some very pleasant and friendly encounters where the housekeeper on the 9th floor, gym floor manager and the concierge were proactive in their service. For example, when I waved to say I was going out, the housekeeper said she would radio her colleague to commence the housekeeping for my room. The concierge helped me with two suitcases as I was checking out. The gym floor manager offered to help me make a manual booking for the gym and pool instead of going through the online booking system. Every floor has a laundry room with two sets of washer and dryer. The room comes with basic tea and coffee amenities, a kettle, and prized amenity - filtered water. There is a mini fridge which performed well when I froze some leftovers to take home. The king sized bed is firm, clean with high quality sheets. The limp pillows were quite comfortable and adequate. Room is spacious and comfortable like a home. The flow of how the room is organised was well thought. Especially the kichenette which is functional, love it!. I'll definitely be back! #staycation

You will need your room number before you can book any time slot. With the restrictions in place, each time slot only can accommodate 6 persons so you may need to plan your swimming pool time slot booking early. Plus you won't be able to pre-book the pool until you check in. Believe you me, their pool is awesome and you even get to see aeroplanes flying by. Not only that, they have an awesome jacuzzi too, The views are pretty mesmerising if you are into aeroplanes. This hotel is not really well-known to check in early but somehow it can be done if you are going on a super low peak timing. I had to book an additional night to anticipate this pool slot issue for a Sunday during school holidays. I was right about it. I checked in on a Saturday and all their pool slots were fully booked until Sunday afternoon. Luckily, this hotel is attached to Changi City Shopping Centre so nobody is upset about not being able to use the pool.

First of all, I wasn’t even aware that this room exists at Capri Frasers Changi City Point. I called Capri to ask about early check in. To my surprise, even at 100% occupancy, they tended to my requests and allowed me to check in at 12.30pm apart from their usual 4pm check in. 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 When I arrived, they said the normal room (I booked their cheapest room) was still not cleaned yet due to the FULL HOUSE OCCUPANCY rate. However, they upgraded me to the most expensive room as shown by the video. i am truly impressed by their service and quality. I will 100% definitely come and book Capri again. Capri by Fraser Singapore The hotel is clean, the pool is large, and the gym is good. The breakfast is delicious and it is convenient because it is connected to the Changi Point shopping mall. The shopping mall is connected to Expo Station. It is a perfect hotel for a layover because it is close to Changi Airport. It is one MRT stop from Changi Airport, and the hotel is very close to the station, so the location is really good.

Recent stay in the Singapore expo station near the Changi terminal, just so convenient using the metro and for everyone it’s a good location to shop, dine and relax for the short stopover near the airport.
