#tokyo Been craving for ramen and so we came here for early dinner at 5pm and we were the first to arrive. The shop is really small, has two floors with very limited seating. We decided to just sit at the counter and watched them prepping the ramen noodles. Ordering was through their coins machine and only cash payment accepted. The variety they have was quite nice. Slide left to see the menu. Not sure if the ramen noodles was freshly made. The dish was easy to make, preparation was quick and cooked to perfection. We can vouch that it tasted satisfyingly so guddddd !Pricewise is OK. We left immediately after as there was a long queue outside. "Rue Favart" is located behind Yebisu Garden Place. From Ebisu Station, you can either take the moving walkway Skywalk or go up the hill, but it's more convenient to go around Garden Place. "Monkfish Hot Pot Style" is a little spicy because it is a hot pot, but when I asked if I wanted rice, they immediately brought me rice cooked in a clay pot! ︎I was surprised to find out that this was also included in the course♫ "Wabo Tofu" is a Japanese-style broth with a wasabi accent, as the name suggests. "Today's Dessert" was almond tofu topped with pineapple and melon, which was also made with kudzu starch, and had a chewy texture.
