The quality of the meat is good, and the more you chew, the more savory it tastes. I was able to enjoy the unique texture of makchang without any burden. It tastes great with soju. For those who don't like spicy seasoning, I recommend just grilled makchang. The ssamjang and garlic that come with the meat are really delicious. Overall, it was a neat and delicious meal.
