When I saw the broken stone tablet on the ground, I realized that one of them is Douji Bridge, which was built by the Shijiazhuang Science and Technology Bureau and Dongyangpo Economic Park. It's all tractor roads, and the slope is not steep. There is a river valley next to the tractor road, and there should be a small river in the summer when there is a lot of rain. If you go now, your head will be buzzing from the wind. There are also several temple stoves and an old house halfway up the road, which has many stone tablets inside. The inscriptions are mottled, but you can vaguely make out that they are inscriptions from Zaomengou Village from the Qianlong period to the Republic of China. There are also many persimmon trees, walnut trees, and Chinese toon trees (I can't recognize the other trees). I picked up a few Chinese toon fruits. It turns out that nature's aesthetics are all about geometry.

Yu Family Stone Village This stone village is over 500 years old. It is located at the foot of the Taihang Mountains. Even today, with such developed transportation, there is no direct bus from Shijiazhuang city center to the village. There are more than 400 households and 1,600 people living here, and more than 95% of the villagers have the surname Yu. The village was built by the descendants of the national hero Yu Qian to escape the war. There are six streets, seven alleys, and eighteen lanes in the village, with a total length of more than 3,500 meters, all built of stone. There are more than 4,000 stone buildings, stone tables and chairs, stone wells and terraces, and stone streets paved with stones. It is a self-contained, secluded little world. Longwo Temple Grottoes are located in Xiaolongwo Village, Jingxing County, Hebei Province, next to National Highway 307. This is the 42nd grotto I have visited, and it is currently a protected site in Hebei Province. The small size of Longwo Temple Grottoes made me hesitate to add it to my list of grottoes, but the eaves embedded in the mountain deeply attracted me, which I have not seen in other grottoes. The statues in the grottoes are almost all carved in niches, with a total of 14 niches and 47 statues of various sizes, the largest of which is more than 1 meter high and the smallest about 0.3 meters. There are five large niches, arranged in a staggered pattern, four of which are carved with Buddha statues and the other with a Bodhisattva statue. The four Buddha statues are all in a cross-legged sitting position on a lotus seat. The Buddha statues have dignified and kind faces and simple and unadorned clothing. They are draped in thin cassocks, with their chests and shoulders exposed. The Bodhisattva statue wears a crown and a cassock decorated with a necklace, with the left leg bent, the left hand on the ground, the right leg raised, and the right arm straightened and placed on the right knee. This statue is the most stunning in the entire grotto.
