The Giyanti cafe became a regular spot for me owing to its location and Croissants. I did try other items as well, mostly the sweeter breakfast options. They were all good but the Croissants stayed with me. May be this was a phase when I was craving for them and the chelate Croissants were simply delicious. The place is comfortable and has a nice vibe. Gets a mix crowd of people but never too crowded. I also hung out here on days I had to work remote. The staffe as very kind and friendly. On my last day I even got a take away of their Croissants as I headed to the airport for an international flight. Features: Lots of photo booths, each coffee has light, medium, and strong flavors choose. Service: The staff are polite and some can communicate in English. Price per person: 1 drink and 1 pastry for around 90,000 rupiah ($43 HKD) Comment: A famous coffee shop in Jakarta. There is a different world after walking through a small alley. The coffee and food are of a certain standard. I personally recommend the croissant. The same coffee can be selected according to personal taste to get different drinking experience. Although the price is high in Jakarta, it is definitely worth a visit to this coffee shop.

For me, is one of the best coffee shops in Jakarta. The coffee beans they use are truly of high quality and aromatic, freshly ground on the spot, ensuring freshness. The place isn't too spacious, but there's quite a lot of seating, especially outdoor seating for the smoking area. There are also priority seats for pregnant women, the elderly, and people with disabilities; we sat there because my wife happened to be pregnant at the time. We tried a few coffees here, the "es pasar antik" and the ice latte, both made with light espresso. In my opinion, the "es pasar antik" is the best coffee here; it's a sweet palm sugar milk coffee with just the right sweetness, and even though it's made light, it still tastes delicious. Highly recommended! The ice latte is also delicious; the coffee flavor is still present, albeit faintly due to it being light, but it's still enjoyable. Enjoying coffee is best accompanied by snacks, so don't forget to order various snacks here. Overall, for coffee lovers, it's a must-visit at. The coffee is excellent, the service is great, especially the friendly baristas. Cons: - Food price is just too expensive. It's like 100k++ for any of the pasta. - I think a more food variety would be great.
