The cutlet is neither dry nor tough. It's juicy and glistening, making it incredibly delicious! The restaurant seems to have a signature red and green color theme. Since there's often a long wait, table reservations are a must! If you're in Busan, visiting this tonkatsu restaurant is definitely worth it. I've never seen a place that sells Yunnan food in Korea, so I was so happy to see it after traveling to Yunnan. I ordered the Yunnan region's representative dish, Misien (米线). Surprisingly, it tasted just as good as the Misien I had in Yunnan. The chewy yet soft rice noodles and Chinese spicy sauce added to the rich flavor.
