Bangkok's best places for outdoor running and transportation | Running check-in guide
#Bangkok Transportation Guide
After discovering this great outdoor running destination in Bangkok, I decided to hone my running skills through the upcoming running competitions! This park is not only a paradise for sports, but you can also take a refreshing shower in the shower room after running, which is a "really nice" experience!
Transportation: If you choose to take the Bangkok BTS (Skytrain), you can get off at the nearby station and take a taxi or tuk-tuk directly to the park. It is recommended to get off at Mo Chit Station. After exiting the station, take a taxi and it will take about 10 minutes to arrive. You can also choose MRT (subway), exit at Chatuchak Park Station, and transfer to local transportation. The journey is short and convenient.
If you take the bus, you can take routes 136, 509, etc., get off at a stop near the park, and walk for a few minutes to arrive. If you want to explore more freely, renting a motorcycle or driving your own car is also a good option. The park has ample parking areas.
The park has various functions. In addition to running, it is also suitable for cycling, dog walking, strolling and picnics. There is a coffee shop and bicycle rental shop (closed on Tuesdays) at the entrance of the park, where you can replenish your energy or rent equipment. You can also bring your own bicycle. Next time you come to Bangkok, whether it is professional training or leisure sports, this is a place not to be missed!
