Currently, day trips are only available with lunch and hot springs (or just a meal). You can use the 'Spa Terrace Suigetsu', the 'Treatment Spa Komoe' (paid), and the 'Amamiya no Shizuku' at the annex Awaji Yumesenkei. Lunch is served at 'Bar Awaji'. Black soybean tea is provided at the post-bath area 'Oasis'. This time, I chose the Awaji Island Seafood Noodles for lunch. The noodles were made with seafood sourced from the local fishing port. Although the day trip-only option is no longer available, I enjoyed a luxurious time with the large public bath all to myself. I stayed at Hotel New Awaji on my trip to Awaji Island. It was a very nice hotel, so I'd like to introduce it to you! This hotel has a room with an open-air hot spring bath called Villa Rakuen, and I booked that room this time. There are various types of rooms, but we stayed in the Sora no Niwa G type. The entrance to the room has a Japanese-style sliding door, which feels like a small entrance and has a luxurious feel. When you enter the room, you can see the sea and sky from the large window at the back. It is a very spacious room with a large dining table that can seat five adults, a Japanese-style tatami room where you can lie down, and a twin bed. As soon as you go out to the wooden terrace from the dressing room, there is an open-air bath, and next to it there are two chairs where you can relax after a bath. This open-air bath was so good that I stayed in it throughout my stay! We had dinner in a semi-private dining room. The food was presented beautifully and the taste was great!
