The "Shouzhou Kiln Porcelain Exhibition" is displayed at the Huainan Museum, No. 15 Dongshan Middle Road, Huainan City, Anhui Province. Shouzhou Kiln was first created in the mid to late period of the Northern and Southern Dynasties, flourished through the Sui and Tang Dynasties, declined at the end of the Tang Dynasty, and ceased production in the Song Dynasty. Shangyao Town was the central kiln site of Shouzhou Kiln, with distributions in Wudian and Lingquansi of Fengyang County, and Dongshan and Quanshan areas of Huainan City. Early Shouzhou Kiln products were coated with light blue-gray glaze, Sui Dynasty products with blue glaze, Tang Dynasty products with yellow glaze, and late Tang products with both black and sauce red glazes. Due to different kiln atmospheres and temperatures, two major glaze systems were formed: blue glaze and yellow glaze, with the best being wax yellow glaze, eel yellow glaze, and black glaze. The main products include bowls, ewers, pots, pillows, bowls, jars, and various toys. The bodies of the items are relatively thick and heavy. Fine products were first bisque-fired, then coated with a layer of white slip, and finally glazed and fired in saggars. Archaeological excavations often reveal beautifully shaped ewers, porcelain pillows, toys, and other items. Huai Soil Treasures - Collection of Cultural Relics from Huainan Museum is exhibited at the Zhun'an City Museum in Anhui Province. To enhance the audience's understanding and experience of Huainan's historical culture, and to allow every visitor to deeply feel Huainan's long history and rich cultural connotations, the Huainan Museum has made a major upgrade to the exhibition of 'Huai Soil Treasures - Collection of Cultural Relics from Huainan Museum'. More than 60 new exhibits have been added, and the results of archaeological excavations in recent years have also been integrated. The five major units of the exhibition hall - ancient bronzes, weapons, ceramics, jade, and comprehensive categories, have all been re-arranged and designed. Each unit showcases the characteristics and history of the Huainan area in a unique way, thus providing the public with a comprehensive and profound historical and cultural journey.
