How to travel around Hsinchu with good air and few people! You can go to Hukou Old Street and walk on the mountain. The air is very good! You can also go to Beipu Old Street (the salted pork and tea are very good and there are a lot of delicious things). Zhujian Hotpot in Zhubei has the best value for money. GBA and Hooters are both great restaurants and pubs in Zhubei. I highly recommend them! The Hanaji Komachi kebab here is super delicious and worth a try (Japanese style). How can you not go to Dayuan Department Store when you come to Zhubei? It is a must-go department store with a sense of design! Hukou Sanyuan Temple is a historic temple located on the old street of Hukou. Dedicated primarily to Emperor Sanguan, this centuries-old temple was built during the Japanese occupation and is now considered an important cultural asset of Hukou Township, Hsinchu County. The old street consists of three lanes: Jietou, Hengjie, and Xinjie, each approximately 10 meters long. Transportation: Take a Hsinchu bus to Hsinchu Train Station, then board a Hukou-bound train to Hujing Village. From there, walk approximately 250 meters to reach the temple.

The completion of the Dahukou Post Station on the longitudinal railway in 1893 made Hukou an important commercial town in Hsinchu. However, the railway was later rerouted and the station was moved to the current location of Hukou Station. The population moved northward and Hukou Old Street also declined.
