Hurricanes Grill is a very famous American barbecue restaurant in Sydney. There are currently several branches in Sydney. This time I dined at the Circular Quay branch. It is right opposite the Sydney Harbour Circular Quay. Take the L2/L3 light rail to Circular Quay Station and walk for 3 minutes. Hurricanes Grill has many seats in the store and the table distance is very comfortable. However, it is still difficult to get a seat during holiday dining time. I dined with friends that day and only took a photo of the environment in the store when it was closed. The most famous food is their Hurricane Charcoal Grilled Pork Ribs. They are very tender and juicy, not dry at all! The BBQ sauce is seasoned just right and is really delicious.
