Ichiran Ramen Main Branch, a must-visit when visiting Fukuoka
#Overseas travel
If you come to Fukuoka, you absolutely must visit Ichiran Ramen Main Branch.
On a rainy night, I went there thinking of warm soup,
but I was really surprised to see the line extending to the basement…
But I was surprised that the waiting didn’t feel boring at all.
It’s not for nothing that they call it the holy land of ramen enthusiasts.
I chose a menu from the vending machine, sat down at the booth for eating alone,
and the ramen, carefully adjusted to my taste,
came out quietly, carefully, and in my own space.
As soon as I started eating the noodles, I thought, ‘Ah, this is the real deal.’
The addition of a little spiciness to the rich tonkotsu broth was a stroke of genius.
The chashu melted in my mouth, and the half-boiled egg was a must-have!
I was 100% satisfied, to the point where I ate every drop of soup.
A place where you don’t feel lonely even when eating alone, and the taste is even more focused because you’re alone. My first ramen in Fukuoka was perfect.
