Go to Zhuhai Hengqin to play Lionsgate Entertainment World
#ChristmasDestinations
Honestly, I personally think that if you want to travel to Hengqin, besides Chimelong, the second choice would be Lionsgate in Innovation Square. Firstly, it is suitable for both adults and children, and secondly, I believe that you must have heard of the games and movies there. However, I personally feel that it is a bit troublesome to go to Lionsgate or Innovation Square. The most direct way is probably to take Didi or a through bus.
We planned to take the free shuttle bus from Gongbei Port, but when we got there the day before, we couldn't see any bus stop signs and many people we asked didn't know. In the end I had to take Didi and arrived within half an hour.
Lionsgate has four floors, each with different themes and amusement facilities. However, it is your first time entering or you need to buy a ticket. You need to exchange your ticket on the basement floor on the first floor. Then you can get a wristband that allows you to enter and exit the park unlimited times, that is, you can enter and exit through the store on the second floor (in the end I found that the restaurant on the third floor can also be used, but it is a bit troublesome). In fact, it was very shocking at the beginning, including that every movie seemed to appear in my mind, and in the middle was playing the trailer of the recent prequel to the Hunger Games, as if some large-scale project was going to be carried out. On the same floor, there was a game called Escape Room and an experience game similar to Disney's Iron Man movie-watching car game. However, I personally feel that it is far inferior to the Escape Room and Iron Man on the market. First, I didn't know what I was experiencing. Once I completed a level, I couldn't play other ones. Secondly, I had no idea what it had to do with the movie. I was completely in a philosophical state of doubting my life and whether there was really a copyright.
Afterwards we went up to the top, where there were more VR games, but almost every game required waiting time, and some even had to wait for forty minutes. But to be honest, there were not many people when we went there so it was not a big problem. After all, it was a full-day tour. Now I will briefly share a few games that I think are worth playing or considering:
The first one is a VR roller coaster, Gods of Egypt. To be honest, it is a very thrilling roller coaster, but the VR glasses are too heavy. Although the image quality and the track are almost the same, I don’t know why I always feel dizzy and want to vomit. The experience is not very good. I hope it is just my personal reaction problem. After all, it always feels not so comfortable.
The second one is a VR motorcycle game with twlight as the background. Although the picture quality is a bit awkward, it is exciting. At the same time, the plot can pull you into the story. It’s just that the system and the game exist independently. Simply put, no matter what you do on the car, it will not have any effect, and the car will move by itself, so I personally think you can just treat it as an exciting movie.
The above two are good experiences that can be considered. The following one is worth a try:
VR courage experience, although this game really discouraged me because I thought I would have to wait for 40 minutes before playing it, but when I actually entered it, I found that it would definitely take that long. When entering the room, you need to bring multiple devices, and staff are also needed to help. All this effort requires a lot of time and arrangements, and the picture is realistic and feels a bit like escaping a secret room. Of course, my favorite is the experience of crossing a single-plank bridge in the first level. It is an experience where you know it is fake but you can't help but feel scared.
In fact, in addition to the VR courage test, there is also an experience separated into two levels, but that is real, and it uses seat belts similar to those on the chassis. It is really scary over there. Although you know that no one will die, the height and challenge always give you a sense of uneasiness as if you can't hold on to the ground. I only played the first level and didn't continue.
