Guangzhou is known for great food, great nightlife, and great weather. With a majority of the crown being pulled to Zhujiang New Town, Liede Avenue, or party pier for a night out. It's hard to find a spot that's relaxed, a bit more upscale without being too formal. The Rooftoo Bar at LN Hotel 5 in Liwan District offers everything you'd want for a romantic night out for 2 or grabbing drinks with the girls. Not only is this award winning boutique hotel lovely time stay at, their facilities are world class.
