🇵🇭Philippine authentic cuisine restaurant chain "Manam"

In the passionate city of Manila, you must try the authentic Filipino cuisine. Filipino cuisine is mainly salty, sour and coconut milk with roasted pork, roasted chicken and seafood, but Manam is famous for its creative and delicious menu, which will definitely bring you an unprecedented Filipino food adventure😋
🌟 Each dish has three sizes: small, medium, and large. I recommend you order a small portion and order more dishes. I really can't eat coconut milk-based foods, but that may limit my appetite to 1/3 of Southeast Asian dishes. I can recommend other dishes~
✔️Crispy Pata: A mouth-watering dish with a crispy texture and golden skin. Manam has taken this signature classic dish to a new level. It is a blessing for those who dare not eat fatty meat💕
✔️ Crispy Pancit Palabok: Crab roe, squid and shrimp coarse noodles, very good looking, the waiter will help pour crab roe sauce on the noodles and stir
✔️ House Crispy Sisig: The mixed pork head meat with a unique taste is carefully processed, the meat is tender and the skin is crispy, plus the sour and spicy lime flavor, my friends highly recommend it but I dare not 😅
✔️ Gising-gising wing beans: sliced like okra and shaped like stars
✔️ Garlic rice: Yes~ Very special and delicious garlic rice. I paired it with their fried fish as a set meal, and a soft-boiled egg.
✔️Ube shake: This purple cup is available on every table. It is made of taro, coconut and sago. It is very fragrant and rich. You can order it~ It is also very good for taking photos
✔️But my favorite is still Mongo shake 🥭
💯 Manila is actually a bit of a food desert (don’t be angry if I tell you the truth 😅), but from a foreigner’s perspective, Manam provides a good starter 👍 for you to deeply experience the taste and culture of the Philippines. Many Flipinos also like this store, no wonder it is named "Manam Comfort Filipino"!
