Why I Fell in Love With Galicia: Europe’s Hidden Summer Beach Paradise
#mediterraneanvibes When most travelers think of summer in #europe , their minds go straight to the French Riviera, the Amalfi Coast, or the Greek islands. But let me let you in on a secret: the region of #galicia in northwest Spain offers some of the most stunning beaches, wild coastlines, and fresh seafood in all of Europe. #postandearn
When I planned my trip, I booked my flights to Santiago de Compostela and my seaside hotels on Trip.com, which made it easy to hop between coastal towns. And honestly, Galicia completely changed the way I think about summer in Europe.
Galicia isn’t about crowded beaches and overpriced cocktails. It’s raw, authentic, and breathtaking.
✅ Playa de Rodas (Cíes Islands): Voted one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, this white-sand crescent feels like the Caribbean—if the Caribbean had pine trees and a refreshing Atlantic breeze.
✅ Playa de las Catedrales: Famous for its dramatic rock formations and arches, this beach is best explored at low tide when you can walk under natural stone “cathedrals.”
✅ Playa Carnota: At over 7 kilometers long, this wild and often empty beach is perfect for long walks, kite flying, and feeling like you have the entire Atlantic Ocean to yourself.

Let Trip.com can improve your restaurant experience 💎
#seafoodlover right let me tell you something about the trailer the other day. It was a Spanish tortilla that was made with some spices from seafood and it was amazing and I really like it in my last rap in the north of Spain, so how did you find this place? I actually read about it on trip.com and decided to give it a try and actually the quality I found less amazing and the price is in Spain or quite accessible so you wouldn’t spend more than $20 in a single dish even if it’s like a top notch.

Black pasta? The perfect seafood 💎
#seafoodlover let me tell you that in the north of Spain, you will lead as a king and precisely there gastronomy is quite affordable compared to all their cancer resistant so you’ll always find the top notch quality on your plate and this is exactly what happened to me when I was visiting a little village called pico I just found an excellent little village where some locals told me that I should try the dark spaghetti and I ask what is that exactly and they reply that it is made from the ink of the octopus and then steed so it has an excellent seafood taste in your pasta, which was a mesmerizing experience and I enjoyed it a lot so I recommend it to you ;)
