Taking my parents on the fourth stop of our trip, we arrived at the Huangguoshu Waterfall in Anshun, and there happened to be a homestay brand that I really like, so I chose this homestay without hesitation. Upon first seeing Jianglu Yueshan, the white exterior of the homestay showcased its unique modern charm. Located on the edge of a river valley cliff, it overlooks the distant Balin River Bridge. The infinity pool jutting out from the cliff perfectly blends into nature. When you are there, it feels as if you are in a real painting. As night falls, sitting by the pool, the distant mountains seem even more mysterious. The spring breeze gently caresses my face, and at that moment, my whole heart is healed, it is peaceful. 🛖Homestay Name: Jianglu·Yueshan 🛕Homestay Features: 1. The butler's service makes you feel cared for. The free evening tea by the hearth is something you can enjoy. 2. The rooms are decorated in a modern style, with smart toilets, bathtubs, and Marshall speakers as just the standard amenities. 3. We stayed in a room on the third floor with huge floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing me to comfortably start reading mountains right when I wake up. 4. On the rooftop terrace, you can not only enjoy tea in the tea room but also relax, daydream, meditate, or practice yoga on the spacious platform, which is really relaxing. This is what is called a sense of relaxation. 5. | Set off to experience nature, watch mountains, rivers, sunsets and distant waterfalls. The hotel is about 20 minutes' drive from the Dripping Waterfall. The waterfall is already spectacular from a distance, and you can't help but marvel at the wonders of nature when you experience the waterfall up close. The waterfalls in Guizhou are really something, the camera really can't record its beauty!! (The waterfall will be more spectacular in the rainy season) Super large viewing window. The new Chinese Zen-style rooms are full of Zen and bookishness. Through the windows of each room, you can see the Baling River Bridge that spans the misty clouds. Here, you can drink a cup of tea, watch a bridge, and sit in a daze all day. Open the door and you will see the mountain, live like traveling, and travel like living | Half a day of leisure in life. It should not just watch the flowing clouds Looking from the top of Yueshan Tower, the Baling River Bridge is close at hand, you can go to the bottom of the bridge for sightseeing, bungee jumping; the slightly distant Dripping Waterfall steps down three steps into the valley, you can walk or drive to watch. In the Zhiyu Meditation Room, you can lightly knock on the Sanskrit sound, listen to the wind, watch the clouds, and talk to yourself; you can also read quietly by yourself or invite three or five friends to taste tea. Take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and escape to the mountainous region of Guizhou. This boutique hotel is nestled in a partially developed serene forest area of Zhenning (just outside of Anshun). If you’re looking for rest and relaxation without any disturbances then this is your place to go. The room that we were in had a bathtub overlooking the mountains and Balinghe Bridge. Both of which looked breathtaking at sunrise and sunset. * Getting There - At the Anshun railway station we managed to get a private cab that took us to this hotel. We had to negotiate a fair price with him and asked him to collect us as well upon checkout. * Attractions - The hotel overlooks the striking Balinghe Brige which can you bungee jump off depending on the weather. The Balinghe Bridge holds the Guinness World Record for the being the highest (370.25m) commercial bungee jump facility in the world. * Food & Restaurants - The only food available was that of the hotel. It has a breathtaking view of the Balinghe Bridge as well as of the mountains across from it. * Address – Manzhai Village, Zhenning * Getting There - We took a shuttle to our destination and back again. This place is remote so I suggest that you should make proper travel arrangements for pickup with the same person that dropped you off. From the railway station, it is about a 45-minute drive here and you can easily find a shuttle/metered cab/Didi from the train station. * Ambiance/Facilities – There is nothing do here except relax and take in the tranquility that this hotel has to offer.
