Mount Omuro is a small volcano with unique characteristics in the Izu area. From a distance, it looks like a perfectly round matcha chiffon cake. It is really beautiful when the weather is good. The whole mountain is almost a green hill covered with grass. From the top of the mountain, you can see the sea, the mountain and the town in the distance. It is a bit like the filming location of the animation "Your Name". No wonder some people say that this place is not inferior to foreign countries. This time I participated in a one-day tour package and took the cable car to the mountain. Although it was a weekday, the cable car still had a long queue, about half an hour. But as soon as I got to the top of the mountain, my mood immediately improved💖 The scenery is open and the air is very clean. The entire top of the mountain is in the shape of a crater. You can walk around it in about half an hour. Along the way, you will see some Jizo Buddha statues and small stone piles, which feels very quiet. There is no shelter on the top of the mountain.
