Day 1: Taipei Main Station → Ningxia Night Market Upon arriving in Taipei, we went straight to Taipei Main Station, which is a transportation hub with super convenient transfers. After dropping off our luggage, we headed to Ningxia Night Market. Day 2: National Palace Museum → Shilin Official Residence → Shilin Night Market In the morning, we visited the National Palace Museum, which has a rich collection of artifacts. A day of my solo trip in Taipei. Upon landing in Tao Yuan Airport, just head to the basement for the Express Train to Taipei main station (last station). Super easy and convenient! Will also recommend solo travellers to stay in this area, so you can easily do a day trip out of Taipei. I stayed at Meander 1948 Hostel and love the cleanliness of the space plus there’s the popular local Ningxia Night Market there too. Recommend to wake up early and head out for authentic Taiwan breakfast at their local joints. Fu Hang Soy Milk is worth checking out but be there before 9am else prepare for long queue~ After breakfast why not cross the road for a good cup of coffee at Simple Kaffe or explore Huashan 1914 Creative Park for the exhibitions #solotravel
