OHU Bakery, Chiangmai 🤎🐌
📍Ohu Bakery, Chiangmai🥖🥯🥐
This is a shop that I have listed for many years but the timing never matched. Until the last time I called to ask, I found out that the shop is only open on Friday-Sunday😆 This shop is a bakery run by a Korean chef. The pastries are just right. The colors and styles are Korean.
On the day we were looking for Salted Bread, we had to go. We landed at noon on Sunday, so we went. The small shop is very cute. All the pastries look delicious. Salted Bread is lined up. There is also red bean filling. Let's go!
Another thing I chose was Pastry with Nutella & Macadamia filling. The dough is like a croissant. It's very delicious. It's just the right amount of sweet. Eat it with freshly squeezed orange juice. It's refreshing.
Salted Bread is delicious, fragrant, good texture, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Korean style. Guaranteed to like it by eating at the shop 1, buying 2 more because it's finished and eaten the next day and it's still delicious.
But the best thing is this Pretzel Bagel with Onion Cream Cheese. Oh my god!! It's so good. It's so good that you don't have to go to any famous shop in Korea. Come here, mama!!
I still want to eat many things. I usually like to go to Chiang Mai on weekdays. But from now on, I'll have to put Friday or Sunday aside for a bit, to eat dessert.
