[Tokyo🗼] A stylish and healthy medicinal mushroom hotpot in Roppongi🍄
#AbsolutelyFreeTrip
I went to Shangri-La's secret ROPPONGI in Roppongi, which I've always wanted to go to 🍄
The clientele is mostly women with high aesthetic sense, like Minato-ku girls (lol)
This time, I had the ¥7,260 HOUJOH HEITAN course 🫶🏻
First, two appetizers were served.
Skewers of mushrooms that looked like yakitori were served, but they really tasted like meat and were delicious 😋
Then, the stylish hot pot that we were looking forward to was served to each person 🍲
The aroma of the black soup with medicinal herbs whet our appetites
Then, many kinds of mushrooms appeared! They were colorful and would look great in photos just by themselves 🤎
We measured them out for 3 minutes with the hourglass on the table and ate them! The soup is soaked in and it's super delicious😍
Then tofu and vegetables are served🥬
This was also thoroughly soaked in the black soup, but it was chewy and had a texture more like rice cake than tofu, and was absolutely delicious!
The soup alone is delicious, but there are also Japanese-style sauces, sesame sauces, and various other flavors, so you can change the taste and it's endlessly delicious🥰
And meat is also served! Three types of chicken, pork, and beef, which are also shabu-shabu, and I'm already full and satisfied, but the mushroom noodles that come out as a final dish also absorb the soup and are so delicious that I can eat it even though I'm full (lol)
It even comes with dessert, so I think it's a great value for money👏🏻
The interior of the restaurant is quite luxurious, the staff are polite and polite, and it's very stylish, so it's recommended for entertaining✨
