The Shibuya Crossing is located outside the Hachiko Exit of Shibuya Station in Tokyo and is one of Tokyo's most representative urban landscapes. As a world-renowned busy pedestrian intersection, its uniqueness lies in the fact that the traffic lights will stop vehicles in all directions at the same time, allowing pedestrians to freely shuttle through the wide area where five roads intersect, forming a spectacular scene surging like a tide. The intersection is surrounded by giant advertising screens and neon signs. This is not only a daily commuting hub, but also a microcosm of Tokyo's modern urban culture. It frequently appears in various film and television works and games and is a global pop culture symbol. The area uses the Hachiko statue as a classic meeting landmark, connecting commercial and leisure spaces such as Shibuya Center Street and Miyashita Park. With the continuous development of the surrounding area, Shibuya, while retaining its original vitality, provides tourists with a variety of options to appreciate this urban wonder from multiple angles through the rooftop observation decks of various new commercial facilities.

Tokyo Highlights: Crossing Moments & Skyline Dreams
Shibuya Crossing—it’s as chaotic and cool as you’d imagine, with people flowing from every direction.
Shibuya Sky — it was such a peaceful vibe compared to the usual Tokyo buzz. The city looked so fresh and calm from above, and the morning light gave everything a soft glow. Not too crowded, so I had time to really take in the 360° view. A perfect way to start the day—watching Tokyo slowly come alive from the top!
Tokyo Tower—found a great spot nearby where you can get that postcard-perfect angle of the tower rising above the cityscape.
TeamLab Planets —honestly, it felt like walking through a dream—interactive lights, mirrors, and water made it such a magical experience.

Shibuya Crossing Madness
Shibuya Crossing is pure chaos—but in the best way possible! The moment the lights turn red, a wave of people floods the intersection from all directions, yet somehow, everything moves smoothly. Standing in the middle of it all, surrounded by neon lights and giant screens, felt like stepping into a movie scene. I couldn’t resist stopping for a quick photo (or ten) before dashing across with the crowd. It’s not just a crosswalk—it’s an experience, a must-see Tokyo moment that screams energy and excitement. Would totally do it again! ⚡️✨⭐️

Tokyo Itinerary Recommendation: Morning at Tsukiji Market, Afternoon and Evening at Shibuya Observation Deck and Area!
Tokyo is a place with many attractions to visit! One of the must-visit spots is Tsukiji Market! Located in Chuo Ward, Tokyo, the best time to visit is as early as possible! This is because Tsukiji Market offers fresh seafood every day, and early visitors can enjoy fresh seafood, sashimi, and various delicacies! This time, I arrived at Tsukiji Market at 9:00 AM, where I enjoyed matsuba crab, wagyu skewers, and tuna sashimi. The taste was incredibly delicious! I highly recommend everyone to give it a try!
In the afternoon, I went to the rooftop of Shibuya to view the entire city of Tokyo. The view from the top was spectacular, with a clear sight of various buildings of different sizes in Tokyo! In the evening, I visited the famous Shibuya Crossing, which consists of five major crosswalks. When the traffic light turns green, pedestrians walk across the five crosswalks simultaneously! It's a very unique experience!

First Time in Tokyo🇯🇵
Japan is a dream country for many anime lovers. This is the first time Lin has visited Japan. The first trip was in Tokyo in February. The weather was cold but very good. Walking a lot is not easy to get tired. Very impressive.
Today, Lin has brought beautiful photo spots in Tokyo to share.
1. Ueno Park, walking around the accommodation area, but when taking pictures, they are still beautiful!!
2. Yokohama, near Yokohama Cosmo World amusement park, Lin took the cable car from Sakuragi-Cho to Unga Park. 3. Senso-ji Temple, took beautiful pictures of red lanterns. There are many delicious foods at the entrance to the temple. 4. Tokyo Tower, further away from the entrance to the parking lot. Taking pictures from the bottom angle is awesome!! (There were a lot of people queuing to take pictures, but the view is really good.) 5. Shibuya Crossing, took a picture of walking across the street while looking away. 6. Kawagoe, got a feel of old Japan + lots of delicious foods.
7. Shibuya Sky, unfortunately it was raining on the day I booked, so I couldn't go up to the rooftop. But inside the building, the must-see photo spot is the corner of the building. There were a lot of people queuing.

One day shopping in Shibuya, dry feet are a bit too much!
One day of shopping in Shibuya, I feel a bit tired
Shibuya is still very easy to visit. It’s only 5 stops away from Shinagawa Station on the JY Yamanote Line.
Coming out of Exit A8 is the statue of the loyal dog Hachiko. There will be an old man helping to take photos for free (you need to queue up)
I saw a crossroads with a lot of people
I ate the Ichiran ramen that I had missed for a long time. Now you can pay with wx or zfb on your mobile phone. It is very convenient. I finally had the matcha almond tofu that I had been missing for a long time. It still tastes the same.
After eating, we went straight to Lelabo in Parco. The store is very small. I bought the Tokyo limited edition 10. 100ml is about 69,000, and you can get a tax refund directly.
I visited the flagship stores of Pokémon, Nintendo, Capcom, and JUMP. There were many new things and I bought a lot. I will continue to Akihabara tomorrow.

Experiencing Alice in Borderland in Real Life
The scene from Alice in Borderland that I've always wanted to see at Shibuya Crossing with my own eyes was truly exciting to me. I can't imagine that this place would become empty just like in the movie. Every single second, there is movement here, and people are moving very fast and crowded. With so many people moving at once, it's easy to miss friends and family, so remember to hold their hands tight.

What to go to Tokyo for
If you are headed to Tokyo, there are a number of places you shouldn’t miss! The most popular one is the Shibuya crossing, where masses of pedestrians cross the roads all at once while the cars stop for them. This crossing junction has been replicated in different cities as well, like Kuala Lumpur. You can find lots of restaurants and cafes around this area as well.
Another well-known monument in this same area is the statue of the loyal dog, who continued waiting for his owner at the corner of this street despite the owner passing away. Enjoy these cultural treats when in Tokyo!
My overall rating of the experience: 4 out of 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bird Eyeview of Shibuya Crossing
#tokyo
Pretty easy to get to once you find an elevator in the Magnet building. Head up to the 7th floor to the restaurants and walk up the stairs to the rooftop. Its cost 550 yen or more to get out to the viewing area.
I will highly recommended this spot to anyone who want to watch the busy intersection of Shibuya
Getting here is very easy with the JR Shibuya station just right opposite .

🚥 [Shibuya Scramble Crossing] Experience the "waves of people" that the world is paying attention to!
The "Scramble Crossing" in the center of Shibuya is a world-famous "scenery of people crossing". The sight of hundreds of people crossing from all directions at once is the very energy of Tokyo 🔥
When you actually walk through it, you feel like you've entered a scene from a movie. Whether you're traveling alone, as a couple, or with friends, it's a spot that will become a memory just by taking photos and videos 📸✨
The access is just a short walk from the Hachiko exit of JR Shibuya Station.
The key to success is the view from the "2nd floor seats of Starbucks Shibuya TSUTAYA"! It's a great photo spot where you can see the entire intersection 🎥
It's free to enjoy, but the impact is enormous. If you come to Tokyo, try jumping into this "wave of people" first!

It was so hard to get the ticket for Shibuya Sky. Although I didn't see the sunset view, I was satisfied with the night view. It is worth going. The scenery is really beautiful😍.
Shibuya Crossing is also very lively. I raised my phone to take pictures and videos while walking.

Shibuya Crossing For those who have seen the image of a large zebra crossing at the 5-way intersection surrounded by buildings and buildings amidst the lively lights, colors, and sounds, along with a huge number of people walking across the crosswalk, Got would like to say that this is Shibuya Crossing that we are going to visit. If you ask why we have to check in here at least once, Got would like to say that in addition to being like a landmark of Tokyo, Shibuya Crossing is also famous and often appears on world-class movie screens so much that it has been called another icon of Tokyo and Japan. From the image of people walking past each other on the crosswalk, there is information recorded that during rush hour, Shibuya Crossing has up to 3,000 people crossing the road at a time. Now people flock to post pictures of the atmosphere on social media, making this intersection a popular spot that everyone must visit continuously in almost every era.

🌧️→☀️ A Quick Stop at Shibuya Scramble Crossing
#summervacay
Arrived in Shibuya, and it was pouring rain as I got off the subway.
I waited out the rain for a bit, then headed up to Starbucks and snapped a few shots of the famous Shibuya Scramble Crossing from above.
As always, Shibuya was packed with people.
Honestly, the shopping experience wasn’t particularly impressive—just wandered around for a bit, checked it off the list, and didn’t end up buying anything.
Then, just like that, the sky cleared.
Big city moments in Tokyo.
