Cycling on Mount Fuji|Enjoy the sunrise on Mount Fuji from different angles
🩵Even if I am the only one left in the world
I believe I can embrace the whole world enthusiastically
Traveling alone is
my most anticipated way to relax and relieve stress
——
🩵Why do people have to dress up beautifully when traveling?
Shouldn't we throw away the most embarrassing appearance,
let the world catch us steadily,
let it fix the imperfect me!
——
🩵I think Japan is the most suitable country for traveling alone.
The over-perfect transportation facilities,
the convenient city life and the diverse scenery and culture
make me miss the days of traveling as soon as I get home.
——
🩵And this time, the happiness was given by Mount Fuji!
Cycling under Mount Fuji is what I want to do most after learning how to ride a bicycle. It is a romantic thing for me to reward myself for working hard for a year!
[How to get to Kawaguchiko in Mt. Fuji]
🚗Major transportation
Tokyo Airport--Shinjuku Express Bus Terminal (buy tickets online in advance)--bus to Kawaguchiko Station
🚲Minor transportation:
After arriving at the station, you can take the local bus, but Japan's transportation is too complicated, with all kinds of fancy routes, which makes my head hurt, and it takes time to wait for the bus. So I travel by bike and achieve a little transportation freedom!
【How to rent a bicycle】
👉Just type bicycle rental on Google Map and many stores will pop up
👉I saw two stores that rent bicycles, one is next to Lawson next to Kawaguchiko Station, and the other is at the Four Seasons Hotel Fujisan.
✅I chose the second one because it was close to the hotel where I was staying. I could walk back to the hotel after returning the car.
【Car rental fee】
Fee: Please see the last picture
Different car models and different rental times have different fees.
There are ordinary bicycles and electric bicycles.
I rented a regular one for 2 days and 1 night for 2700 yen, or 130 RMB.
【Car rental tips】
👉I rented a car for two days and one night, just to watch the sunset on the first day and then come back, and set off at 5 am the next day to watch the sunrise. Most bicycle shops open at 9am and bicycles must be returned between 6-7pm.
👉You need to provide your passport to rent a bicycle, and the one I rented does not accept credit cards, only cash in Japanese yen.
[Recommended sunrise cycling route]
Depart from the hotel in the early morning, navigate to Oishi Park, and ride across the Kawaguchiko Bridge, Kawaguchiko Art Museum, and Nagasaki Park. This is a very good cycling road, and you can watch the sunrise of Mount Fuji from any point.
My final sunrise was viewed from Dashi Park.
