Izu is divided into four areas: East, South, Central, and West. East Izu is famous for its volcanic lava coast and Mount Omuro. South Izu boasts stunning ocean views and cherry blossoms, but transportation is inconvenient. Central Izu is known for its cultural history and world heritage sites. West Izu is famous for its beautiful sunsets, but it has no railway and transportation is inconvenient.

◎ Izu Shirahama Beach: A classic and popular spot, with beachside resorts + a torii gate built on the rocks.
◎ Atami Onsen Town: A historic hot spring resort on the Izu Peninsula, with the Atami Fireworks Festival every month.
◎ Jogasaki Coast: The rugged cliffs formed by volcanic eruptions create spectacular coastal scenery.
◎ Joren Falls: Izu's number one waterfall, the wide waterfall surrounded by dense forest brings peace of mind.
◎ Kadowaki Suspension Bridge: One of the famous spots on the Jogasaki Coast, with cliffs on one side and the sea on the other, visitors can watch the waves crashing against the rocks and cross the bridge for a thrilling experience.
◎ Shuzenji Temple: Located in the heart of Izu, it is a magnificent temple and hot spring resort, known for its tranquil atmosphere and serene environment.
◎ Kawazu-zakura Cherry Blossoms: Believed to be a natural hybrid of the Kanhizakura and Hayazaki-Oshima cherry blossoms. The buds begin to bloom from late January and reach full bloom in early March, turning a rich pink color.
