Not Europe, but Dongguan
Huawei Town is located in Xiliupo Village, Songshan Lake, Dongguan. It cost 10 billion yuan to build, which is equivalent to 6.5 Victoria Parks. Huawei European Town, which began construction in 2014, covers an area of 1,900 acres and has a total construction area of about 1.267 million square meters.
The town is divided into 12 areas, each of which imitates a European city, making people feel as if they are in a European town. The European architectural style is talked about with great relish. But if ordinary tourists want to go in and visit, they need to be brought in by Huawei employees by appointment, which is not easy. They have to wait for the annual open day to grab tickets.
The super popular red train connects the 12 areas in series. Take a small train and visit the dreamy European castles, majestic clock towers and other scenery along the way... Oxford and Windermere in the UK, Paris and Burgundy in France, Verona and Bologna in Italy, Luxembourg, Bruges in Belgium, Fribourg in Switzerland, Granada in Spain, Heidelberg in Germany, and Kronov in the Czech Republic, a total of 12 towns from 9 European countries.
