This trip to Manila, Philippines for business, there was nothing to say, but booking The Peninsula Manila Hotel with Amex Fine Hotels & Resorts (FHR) was a surprise, so share. Walk into the lobby, basically you think it is 80% similar to the Peninsula Hotel in Hong Kong. The hotel rooms were just renovated during the pandemic, and are mainly simple. I used to stay here for business, but the room is darker, now it is much brighter.Because of FHR, I arrived at 12:30 to have a room, the room was upgraded from Deluxe Room to Grand Deluxe Corner Room. FHR also includes 60 minutes in-room massage, but I like in-spa, so I switched to 90 minutes in-spa massage with about HKD150, but Peninsula Spa is very small, not too beautiful, but there are sauna and steam room available, it's okay.
