When I checked in, the receptionist was enthusiastic and efficient, and specially arranged a room with a view of Tower Bridge. The room was fully equipped, but a little outdated. Fortunately, the service was super attentive and a free breakfast was provided. The only problem was that the hot water and phone in the room had some issues, but they were quickly fixed. 🍳 🍹 The hotel has several great restaurants and bars. I especially liked the bar overlooking Tower Bridge, the view was so beautiful that I didn't want to leave.
