If you like Indonesian Food / supermarket: Visit Mascot suburbs and Townhall area
If you like Thailand Food : visit Thaitown which is located in Haymarket

If you like multi cultural asian spot definitely visit Burwood and Chatswood ! All the asian supermarkets and Restaurants are really good there! and I really recommended Myung Jang Korean restaurant which have a good view of the Chatswood during the day (in my first picture) and you get a really big portion to eat!
