I think Hualien has the most beautiful natural elements in Taiwan. I love living in nature and wake up with the sound of the birds and beautiful sunrise every day. Here I will share the natural spots you have to visit in Hualien. Nature 📍Baibao River It’s a river where you can go swimming, river tracing, and even snorkeling! 📍Wanrong Hot Springs♨️ Because of the special condition of the natural surroundings, the water shows the unique turquoise color. You can have a hot spring there to soothe your body. 📍Baiyang Trail It’s nice to go there in summer, as you will go through a cave and enjoy the refreshing waterfall. 📍Zhuilu Old Road It is a relatively easy but one of the most beautiful trails among all the mountains in Hualien. 📍Taroko National Park You can see a lot of unique views such as canyons. Because Taiwan is a geographically relative new island, the mountains are pretty high and the rocks are magnificent due to the compression of the Earth. 📍Dali-Datong Trail The place is full of the memories of the indigenous people in Taiwan. When you hike there, you will see a historical chapel there that the missionaries built a long time ago. 📍National Dong Hwa University I always go jogging and do yoga during the sunrise there. Today, I’m taking you to try a newly opened ramen shop near Kaohsiung Medical University called "Rong Chicken White Broth." Let’s start with the conclusion: This is the best chicken white broth ramen I’ve had this year! Their menu is simple, focusing on chicken white broth with options like soy sauce and salt flavors. If you prefer a saltier taste, go for the soy sauce option. The prices are reasonable. Currently, chicken skin and rice dishes are not available yet, and since the shop is still relatively unknown, there are very few customers, mostly high school students and small families. Today, I tried the "Soy Sauce Chicken White Broth Ramen." First, I took a sip of the broth—so rich and flavorful! Recently, many chicken white broths have been tasty but lack thickness, so I didn’t have high expectations. However, this shop delivers both flavor and richness, and the more you eat, the thicker it gets. After adding extra noodles, the broth even turned into a sauce-like consistency. Unfortunately, the portion of broth is not very large, so adding one extra serving of noodles felt a bit insufficient. You can also adjust the firmness of the noodles. I didn’t make any adjustments, but the noodles were firm enough and happened to be my favorite thin type, which absorbs the broth perfectly. Every bite was delicious without being overly salty. The free extra noodles come in a generous portion, so I recommend adding just half a serving. Lastly, let’s talk about the grilled chashu. The slices are small and not thick, but they are grilled to perfection, with an enticing aroma. As for the marinated soft-boiled egg, it was just average. If I were to compare this shop to an existing one, the first that comes to mind is Fengshan Village Tonkotsu’s chicken and pork broth. That kind of thick and flavorful broth is presented here in the simplest way possible. Taiwan Round Trip: "Star of the Island - Cute Journey Train" I had the chance to ride the Sanrio-themed train 💓 You can choose various departure points, and there’s even an option to travel around Taiwan in a full circle. This time, I opted for the Tainan route 🚃 Everything was just adorable 😍 Absolutely amazing!!! Waking up early was totally worth it 😂🙌 ☑ Breakfast included (kids' menu available) ☑ Complimentary Sunny Hills cookies ☑ Unlimited drinks ☑ Free karaoke ☑ Events that change by the hour ☑ Stamp rally ☑ Original photo booth with custom frames ☑ Free rental of props for photography Each train car features a different character design, so I spent most of the 3-hour journey to Tainan exploring and taking photos instead of staying in my seat 😂📷️ You’re free to move between cars, but the train shakes quite a bit, so be cautious if you’re traveling with little ones. Surprisingly, the karaoke car was incredibly popular, which caught me off guard. Also, the spinning chairs in the event car were a hit with kids, and there was a line to use them 😂 There’s original merchandise for sale onboard. You can choose between buying individual items or a full set, but of course, I went for the full set 🤭 Everything was so cute that I was still taking photos in other cars until one minute before arriving in Tainan 😂♪

When you go to Taiwan, you must not miss the sea of ​​hydrangeas!!! 🌸Yangmingshan is regarded as the back garden of Taipei people. It is famous for its geothermal hot springs and other things. In recent years, the hydrangea fields in Zhuzihu, Yangmingshan are particularly popular. From May to July, when the hydrangeas bloom, everyone rushes in to take pictures👨‍👨‍👧‍👦👨‍👨‍👦‍👦👨‍👨‍👧‍👧. The flower fields are all planted by local farmers. Many of them are open to visitors for a fee, and the ticket price is around NT$100💲. The most famous of these is the Gao Family Hydrangea Field.
