Please fly to Shanghai (the Magic City) independently according to your itinerary. Free shuttle buses will be arranged based on your arrival time. The schedules are as follows:

Shuttle Bus 1: Shanghai Hongqiao Airport/Railway Station and Pudong Airport to the Bund Tourism Service Center.
Peak season (Apr–Oct and Spring Festival): 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00.
Off-season (Nov–Mar): 11:00, 13:00, 15:00.

Shuttle Bus 2: Shanghai Hongqiao Airport/Railway Station and Pudong Airport to your hotel.
Year-round schedule: 16:00, 18:00, 20:00, 22:00, 24:00.

Shuttle bus notes:
1. Shuttle Bus 1 drops off at the Bund Tourism Service Center for free time. Recommended spots: the Bund (2-minute walk), City God Temple (8-minute walk), Nanjing Road (10-minute walk). Return shuttles to your hotel depart 17:00–17:30 on regular dates and 17:00–20:00 on Chinese public holidays. Refer to the on-site notice for exact times.

2. Shuttle Bus 2 goes directly to your hotel; no activities are scheduled for the day. Most group hotels are in Pudong District. If you plan to explore freely, choose an arrival time that suits your plans.

Important reminders for shuttle service:
1. Pick-up and drop-off are available only on the tour start date; early or delayed arrivals are not served.
2. Free luggage storage is available at the transfer center daily from 10:00 to 19:00.
3. Buses depart on time. We are not liable if you miss the Bund trip due to flight or train delays.
4. If buses are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will arrange taxis. Keep all taxi receipts for reimbursement by your tour guide.

Please gather at the designated meeting point before the hotel return time announced by the Shanghai Bund Tourist Hub. We will arrange shuttle service to take you to the hotel for check-in.
Alternatively, you can sign up for the optional paid Shanghai night view tour. After the tour ends, we will also provide shuttle service to send you back to the hotel.

Take the bus to Nanjing.

Take the bus to Changzhou.

Take the bus to Wuxi.

Take the bus to Suzhou.

Take the bus to Wuzhen.

Take the bus to Hangzhou City.

Take the bus to Zhouzhuang.

Take the bus to Shanghai.

We provide complimentary shared airport drop-off to either Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport or Shanghai Pudong International Airport.

Option 1: Early Departure
For guests with flights at or before 14:00
Two free shuttle buses are available:
First bus departs around 05:00–06:00 (exact time depends on the earliest flight of the group)
Second bus departs around 12:00 noon
No scheduled activities are arranged for the day.

Option 2: Late Departure
For guests with flights after 14:00
A shuttle bus will take you from the hotel to The Bund Tourism Service Center at 08:30 for free exploration.
Two free airport shuttle buses are arranged in the afternoon: 12:00 and 15:00.

Warm Reminder
Free drop-off service is only available for Shanghai Hongqiao and Pudong International Airports. No service is provided for other destinations.

The drop-off service is exclusively available on the tour's final day. No service will be offered for early or delayed departures. We appreciate your understanding.

Buses depart promptly on schedule. Please choose your flight/train time accordingly. Your tour guide or our staff will contact you one day prior to your departure to confirm details. Please keep your phone accessible.

In case the shuttle bus is delayed due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, we will arrange taxi rides for you. Please retain all taxi receipts for reimbursement by your tour guide.
