Mr. Sandi is a fantastic private tour guide and driver. He is well prepared, super friendly, and patient. He speaks fluent English, told us a great deal about the culture and history of Bali. He didn’t mind working overtime, added a stop to a local coffee plantation to our itinerary which was lovely. We highly recommend Mr. Sandi!!★

Better make sure your stamina is good before purchasing the tour! The guide Ketu was good, it’s just my poor stamina and wrong choice of shoes that made me hard to catchup. Ended up I took the motorbike ride to go up and down for 550k which was another type of experience! Make sure to wear hiking shoes, windbreaker jacket as it gets chilly (there’s also jackets available for rental). They served hot tea/ coffee/ chocolate then smashed banana bread, oranges, egg, waffle bar when we reached the top. Do make sure you arrange nicely the plan after that because the traffic in Bali is crazy, we were supposed to visit the coffee plantation but we decided not to because from mt batur back canggu it took 3 hours.★

The tour was absolutely amazing — the scenery of Mount Batur and the black lava fields was nothing short of spectacular. I would give it a 100/10 and highly recommend it to anyone. Our pickup driver, Sentana Putra, was incredibly professional, kind, and provided excellent service throughout. Our jeep driver, Gunawan, was not only a master behind the wheel but also a truly talented photographer who captured some unforgettable moments for us. I can’t recommend these two enough — they really made the experience exceptional.
