Trip was good, but service must be improved. When we arrived to registration point it was chaotic, no one provided detailed instructions. After payment of tourist tax they didn’t provide any official document or slip. Tour itself was really good except overpriced canoe rides in big lagoon, food was ok★

A very good experience during the Tour A. The food was also delicious (included on the tour). Pay attention that you need to pay to enter Big lagoon and also rent a kayak to ride at big lagoon also. It's recommended bring with you at least 1000 pesos.★

We took a private tour with Alvin (tour guide) Jake (life guard) and Jesus (captain) and had the best time. If you decide to take this tour I highly encourage you to include Alvin when you rent a kayak at the Big Lagoon/Secret Lagoon. He took excellent pictures and videos I was able to share with family and friends that they have now added this tour on their bucket list when they visit El Nido. The lunch provided was also delicious. We never felt rushed especially at the snokeling spot. We saw beautiful corals and all types of fish. I highly recommend this tour.★

A very good tour and the food was also included. Pay attention that some activities are extra paid, for example snorkeling and kayaking. Bring without you at least 1000 pesos. The schedule can be changed because of High tides, rain and strong wind.★
