It was difficult to get free tickets in to the memorial hall and thus, I had to go via trip.com and pay for the ticket+guide. The guide was great but the initial meet up was not arranged promptly by the guide, which was quite frustrating considering I had to walk around under the scorching heat to look for him.★

Sunny organised a lovely tour for us. Lillian the guide we had for the day was brilliant. She spoke clear English and was very knowledgeable of the sights we visited. She was waiting for us in the foyer way before our meeting time and took us back to the hotel at the end of the day where she went out of her way to find a good local restaurant for us. Lillian’s knowledge of the sights was an advantage as we did not really know much of the history. She managed to get us into the mausoleum which was fully booked. I definitely would recommend using Sunny and Lillian for a Nanjing tour.★
