We were so glad that we booked this trip to travel between Lijiang and Shangri-la. We had already booked our accommodation in both places, and at first were considering to take the train, but we are so glad we chose this option instead. The driver picked us up from the hotel in Lijiang at 8am and we went to a local market for breakfast, which I had requested the day before. We arrived at our hotel in Shangri-La before 6pm. On the way we visited Tiger Leaping Gorge, witnessed the amazing scenery along the way and also visited Songzanlin Monastery on our arrival in Shangri-La. Jennifer our tour guide was really great. She is a local Naxi person, and told us a lot about Naxi culture and traditions and was really interesting to listen to, without being too talkative or giving information overload. She also left us to have some time on our own, and we didn't feel pressured or rushed. The whole pace was relaxing and stress free. Thankyou so much for a wonderful day!★

Although we only hired the driver without guide we are very happy with the service provided. We don’t speak Mandarin but we were able to communicate using the translator app. He was friendly and professional and we had enough time to enjoy Balagezong fully before catching our train to Lijiang. We communicated with Greg ahead of time and he make sure to include me with the local team in the group WeChat. Happy with the service provided and I highly recommend this service to anyone visting Shangri La and would like to have a driver and car for the day.★

Comfortable travel, professional driver, make me feel safe throughout the journey. William, he is my tour guide, not only a guide but also a lovely photographer, make me have beautiful pictures to take back to memory. He took care and recommended suitable travel for me and my family. Tiger Leaping Gorge is a wonder of rivers and mountains that is recommended to visit. Beautiful hot springs. Shangri-La Old Town is a beautiful city of more than 1000 years, but it still has its beauty and impressive culture.★

The first time I took the elderly to Lijiang and Shangri-La, the local air was very good. Although the temperature was cold and dry, the sun was warm during the day. The staff of the tour guide company contacted me with WeChat and introduced the tour guide Andy. He was familiar with the local attractions and introduced a lot of history, local culture and so on in English. Before leaving Shangri-La, remind us of the possible alpine reaction, pay attention and bring oxygen cylinders; According to our need to take us to the authentic, reasonable store, tour guide Andy for time management, communication with us is good and easy; also take care of the elderly, such as the car, the temperature of the car box, the speed is stable, etc. This journey is very happy and satisfied.
