A ramen shop from Tokyo that has expanded to Europe

This time, we went to try the branch on Vijzelstraat in Amsterdam. This branch is a small shop near the city center, near the Museum Van Loom and the flower market. It is considered a very good location. This shop is famous for its chicken-based ramen, but the menu also offers pork bone soup. What's cool is that there is a menu that adds soy milk to the soup. It is said that this is to increase the richness without being too fatty and to create new flavors. So we ordered this bowl to try. 🍜 Tantan men This is a tantanmen that uses chicken soup mixed with soy milk, seasoned with chili oil mixed with sesame, just like regular tantanmen. The toppings are diced chicken, spring onions, and Chinese kale. When we tried it, the noodles were chewy and soft. The soup had a unique flavor, and it was able to blend the flavors of the chicken soup with the soy milk harmoniously. It's strange but good. In addition to ramen, we also ordered chicken gyoza and takoyaki to snack on. The taste is very authentic like eating in Japan.
