Ubud Khan Museum

Ubud Khan Museum is a must-visit spot in Chiang Rai that I highly recommend. Although it's a private museum, the collection is curated with great care, primarily showcasing artifacts from the Lanna Kingdom, such as clothing, Buddha statues, gold ornaments, and royal items. It really reflects the refined lifestyle of the past. The atmosphere inside the museum is quite solemn, and the exhibits are arranged with an artistic touch, giving visitors a sense of stepping back in time. The guides are very professional and provide detailed background stories. For us Taiwanese, this kind of culture is quite unique. Besides visiting the White Temple and Blue Temple in Chiang Rai, I highly recommend adding this museum to your itinerary.
