Mexico City UNAM Visit Report 🇲🇽

When I visited Mexico City, one of the places I really wanted to go was UNAM (National Autonomous University of Mexico). It is a world-famous university, and in 2007, its buildings were registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The impressive Mexican flag and the pride of the university The first thing that caught my eye when I stepped onto the campus was the huge Mexican flag hanging high in the sky. At its foot was a square called the Explanada Javier Barros Sierra, where a monument paying homage to past university officials was installed. The red brick-like floor had a nostalgic atmosphere, and it was a space where you could calm your mind just by walking around. The symbol of UNAM, the Central Library The symbol of UNAM is the Central Library, famous for its colorful murals. The history, culture, and myths of Mexico are meticulously painted, and it looks more like a giant piece of art than a building. In front of it was a word object that read "#HechoEnCU (Made in Seu)," and many students and tourists were taking photos of it. Flags and cultural diversity on campus Around the university, there is an area where UNAM's red school flags are lined up. Their orderly arrangement gives a sense of pride and discipline as a place of learning. ⸻ UNAM is not just a university, but a place where Mexican knowledge and culture are concentrated. Not only is it historically valuable, but the atmosphere itself is moving. It was a particularly memorable spot during my trip.
