If you are planning to visit Dazaifuduring your Fukuoka trip, this is a must read guide for you to get beautiful photos without the crowds! Dazaifu Shrine operates till 7pm at night so when you visit it in summer, you will still get daylight even though it's nearly 7pm. Make sure to arrive around 4pm, you could hang around the town to see the streets. They have famous local street food and also cafes in front of the Dazaifu Shrine. Definitely worth spending some time on it and it would not be too hot after 4pm! Don't forget to grab some local souvenirs for your loved ones! After casually walking around the area, you can start visiting the shrine to see thw amazing architecture. There is also a merch shop inside that you can freely buy cute and unique wishing key rings as souvenirs.
