This time, I chose to stay at the JR Kyushu Blossom Hotel in Fukuoka, and it was truly a great value choice! The hotel is located right next to Hakata Central Station, just a 5-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient. Whether you're heading to Canal City Hakata, Tenjin shopping district, or taking the JR to Dazaifu or Kumamoto, the location is perfect. Although the rooms aren't particularly large, they are clean, well-equipped, and the beds are very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The most surprising feature is the hotel's free self-service washing machines and dryers, which are a lifesaver for long-term travelers! The lobby is not very spacious, but the staff are friendly, and check-in and check-out processes are highly efficient. In terms of dining, there are plenty of convenience stores and ramen shops nearby. Just a 3-minute walk away is the famous Hakata "Ichiran Ramen," offering a wide variety of delicious options. Walking back to the hotel at night, the lights and lively atmosphere of Hakata's streets truly showcase the energy of Fukuoka.
